Private Lessons
Private lessons are usually 1 on 1 training. Lessons will be organized based on skill level.
Service Description
A typical private lesson will begin with warm-up, stretching and running exercises. It’s essentially to warm up these muscles to prevent any injuries and prepares us for practice. Afterwards, we will incorporate the use of an official volleyball to perform drills, which will focus on your passing, setting, spiking, blocking and serving techniques. Feedback will be provided, if necessary, to perform each skill correctly. Assessing the position of your body position, hand and feet. * there is a commute fee depending on the location
