Service Description
Our main focus is to improve your performance through strength and conditioning exercises. These exercises will be geared specifically towards improving your performance on the volleyball court. For example, we will do fast-paced, quick-footed drills; explosive movements such as jump squats, dynamic lunges, side shuffles, upper body exercise, core exercises etc.
